Ever since our double header party in January, baseball has become one of our favorite outdoor activities. Rhett has assigned the left side of the yard baseball territory and it sits ready and waiting (complete with batting tee and bases) most days of the week. This morning, Rhett woke up serenading me with his beautiful rendition of take me out to the ball game - which he sung loud and proud on his karaoke microphone. This was all the hint this boy mom needed. We geared up with our gloves, bat and balls and ventured out to the left side of the yard for a little All-American fun.
