Leroy Goes to School

Today was the much anticipated bring your pet to school day. After a quick discussion, we decided to rule out of Tuffy and Nemo since they are both either too skiddish or too dull to make a grand preschool school appearance. That left only one. So, off we went to school with Leroy in tow. Even with his grey face, blind eye, and ten year old hips, his inner adolescence was visible the moment we pulled up. He got pats on the head and ear rubs from all the students and soaked up the attention like a sponge. Even though the real stars of the show turned out to be the baby ducks, this old dog felt like he was on center stage.
