All Grown Up

Just the other day Rhett was pretending to "blow fire" (AKA: smoking) like the man at the corner store and now, he has decided to shave. He attended the Valero Texas Open this past weekend and palled around with some much older golf pros that he tells me are his new friends. I find myself wondering what will be next! In all seriousness, he is such a loving and caring boy. He is compassionate and kind, and always seeking to please. He is growing up so fast and his favorite place to be is in his Papa's footsteps. He adores him so much.

Reid is growing up too. I am amazed at the progress he has made in the past two weeks and I give most of the credit to his wonderful therapist. He is dumping over dog food, unwinding toilet paper and trying to play in the potty- all naughty things that curious toddlers should do. I had forgotten how fast they move at this age! We continue to work on overcoming oral aversions and eating issues, but with a new doctor approved diet of milkshakes and high calorie smoothies, he is reconsidering his hunger strike. I think he will come around.
