Beat the Heat With a Cold Treat

It has been incredibly hot this week so I decided to make a special after dinner treat to help keep us cool. We ate dinner, took a family walk to get us nice and hot, and came home to enjoy homemade ice cream sandwiches for dessert. Delicious!
