Goal!

Rhett was more than excited to start soccer this week. His first practice was on Wednesday and he was ready. Decked out with Academy's finest cleats, shin guards and soccer ball. He did great, despite his internal struggle with whether or not to go after the ball or attend to the goal. He was seen frequently zig zagging back and forth between the two until he finally made up his mind to play defense. That's when he assumed his position by the goal and shouted, "Nobody's gonna score on THIS guy!"

I couldn't help but burst into laughter. Don't think this team will be headed tot he World Cup, but it will be an entertaining season.
