After a family road trip to the Big Easy we came back home long enough to unpack, wash clothes, and repack for our last hurrah of the summer. A lake weekend with great friends was a perfect way to wind down after three long months of go, go, going. Floating with a cold beverage was just what the relaxation doctor ordered. Rhett let loose while doing his famous belly flops off the dock and our little man, Reid, decided that the August water temperature felt just right!! We did a little fishing, ate a little cake, and had some fun. We are looking forward to a new month full of firsts. In September, Rhett starts preschool and Reid will begin Gymboree Play and Music classes with mommy. Get ready... we are moving full speed ahead!!!

Last Hurrah

You need to record Rhett instead of writing, it would probably go faster as he can talk faster than you can write. Ha Ha. He is a TRIP. Reid is growing so fast you will have trouble keeping up with both of them.
